Q: Can my Red Wings be repaired or resoled?
A: Absolutely! Bring them back to our store. Depending on what service is needed, we can either make the repair here or send it to an authorized Shoe Repair shop. Most Red Wings can be resoled too, especially if the upper part of the boot has been well maintained.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my shoes?
A: Please stop by our store with your shoes. We'd be glad to help you.

Q: Can I buy Red Wing shoes or boots from you on-line?
A: Red Wing Shoe Company believes a retailer should measure your feet and personally help you determine the best product for your needs. So at this time you can purchase Red Wing products through retailers only.

Q: Why are some products discontinued?
A: Companies discontinue products for several reasons. Most often it's because better materials or construction methods are discovered which can make footwear more comfortable and durable.

Q: What's my width?
A: Men's medium equates to D width. Men's wide equates to E-EE width. Men's double wide equates to EEE width. Women's medium equates to B width. Women's wide equates to D width.
